Hello Vendors! 

   There’s not much we love more than Christmas, even if it is August!! We are only a few short months away from our annual Community Christmas event, which will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2026. We are excited to invite you to apply and look forward to having you back as part of this beloved tradition this year!

   To secure your spot, please complete the vendor application by October 1, 2026. This deadline ensures priority consideration for returning vendors. Full payment is required by October 15, 2026.

   If you have any preferences, please include those in the “Comments/Considerations” section of the application. While we do our best to accommodate these requests, please note that booth spaces are not guaranteed, and special requests are subject to availability.

   Shopping hours for the 2026 event will be 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm. This allows vendors (and encourages shoppers) to be present all the way to the tree lighting, which will take place at 6:00 pm.  Vendors will need to be set up for the entire duration of the event.

 We know there are always concerns for the weather and living in Missouri, we all know that there is no predicting which season we will be blessed with that weekend! Considering that, we are doing things a bit differently this year. Our goal is to have a backup indoor plan in place in case of inclement weather, but that will mean our space gets smaller, which will affect vendor placements.

The first 50 vendors (accepted and paid) will be guaranteed placement indoors in case of weather. Alternative plans will be communicated to all vendors as needed. If you are accepted as a vendor and have an extended space, you will be asked to downsize to fit inside. Applying is acknowledging these possibilities and understanding we will do our best to accommodate and have a wonderful year!

 A few key reminders: 

* Application Deadline: October 1, 2026

* Payment Deadline: Payment to secure your booth is due by October 15, 2026. 

* Cancellation Policy: Rain/snow/cold or shine event. Failure to show renders applicant ineligible for future shows.  

* Electricity is not provided to vendors. Generators are subject to prior approval.
