Thank you for your interest in participating in the Aurora Downtown Farmers Market! Please read the following information below carefully. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please fill out the form below. Once your application is approved, you will receive a link to pay the vendor fee. We look forward to having you join us!
Hours and Dates:
- 1st and 3rd Friday of the month, May through August
- Opening Day: May 15, 2026
- Market Hours: 5:00 PM – dusk
- Fees:
- Seasonal Fee: $50
- Daily Fee: $10
Please upload or email photos of your products to adpfarmersmarket@gmail.com. Additionally, if you have a business license or insurance, please include a copy of those documents in your email as well.

Products and Produce:
- All products must be homemade or homegrown. Reselling of items is not permitted except for individually approved nonprofit sales.
- The committee may approve resale of products directly related to the market's mission, such as seed packets to encourage local growing.
- All products must comply with state and local regulations.
Allowed Products:
- Fresh fruits, vegetables, cut and dried flowers, plants, honey, meats, dairy, eggs, and value-added products.
- Baked goods must be sold by the person who baked them.
- Handcrafted items may be juried prior to acceptance and are allowed at the committee's discretion.
- Plant vendors must grow the plants they sell, unless the plants are used as accessories for another product they make.
Complaints and Reselling:
- Any complaints regarding reselling of products must be submitted to a committee member in writing and signed by the complainant. The complainant's identity will be kept confidential.
Distance Limitation:
- Produce must be grown within 75 miles of Aurora, with exceptions for specialty items or products in short supply at the market.
Vendor Approval:
- Vendors can participate only after their application is approved by the market committee.
Location Assignment:
- Locations will be assigned, with seasonal vendors given priority. All vendors (daily or seasonal) must sign in and pay fees before setting up.
Pricing and Sales:
- Vendors set their own prices, which must be clearly posted. Vendors should sell at a fair market price, and predatory pricing practices are prohibited.
Vendor Responsibility:
- Vendors must maintain a clean and healthy area and leave their space free of debris after each market day.
- Vendors are responsible for removing their own garbage and should not use the market's trashcans for anything more than a handful of waste.
Behavior:
- Vendors must always act in a pleasant, courteous manner.
- Controversial topics should not be discussed or displayed.
- Use of drugs or alcohol is prohibited, and foul language is not tolerated.
- Any violation may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
General Conduct:
- Smoking is prohibited at the market. Vendors should maintain a clean and attractive personal appearance.
